Time, as we perceive it, is often thought of as fixed and objective. But it’s deeply tied to our human need to measure, define, and structure experience.

Quantum theory proposes that a particle’s state isn’t determined until it’s observed; existing instead in superposition, where multiple realities coexist. This clock embraces that ambiguity. Time remains in an indeterminate, scrambled state until the user interacts with it, simulating an act of observation that collapses scattered letters into aligned, legible form.

This interaction is a reflection on the fleeting, unstable nature of time—and our role in giving it shape.
